Our Client is a top tier international investment bank. Due to their fast expa
nsion in China, they are urgently looking for Associate-Account Payable based
in Shanghai.

Duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key role to assist team head in maintaini
ng Accounts Payable team in China with below main duties:
1. Payment Process: a. Checking and account coding b. Prepare payment by means
of check, telegraphic transfer or demand draft c. Input in AP system and T/T
payment for China entities d. Daily batch balancing e. Checks distribution f.
Vendor set up g. Preparation of inter-company journals when necessary h. Journ
als input
2. Handling of accounts payable related enquiries including searching and faxi
ng of invoices as requested.
3. Communicates with bank contacts in for cheque books request, purchase of T/
T forms, bank statements and payment related issues
4. Perform balance sheet control, reconciliation, review and reporting
5. Assist in providing supporting for internal or external audit.
Job Qualification:
• At least 3 years working experience in accounts payable areas
• Hands-on experience of majority of the above responsibilities
• Holding of qualified accounting certificates preferable
• With mature attitude and committed
• Detail oriented, high accuracy with integrity
• Good analytical mind
• Good team player JOB SKILLS:
• Good computer skill includes Excel
• Take ownership of delegated areas
• Familiar with local regulated environment/practice
• Have job knowledge of basic office applications
• Strong communication skill to efficiently and constructively engage wi
th the various internal andExternal clients EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
• University degree or good accounting knowledge with relevant accountin
g qualification is preferred LANGUAGE:
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese/Putonghua
