刚收到香港科技大学金融MSC的邮件(不知是不是OFFER),求大家帮忙

邮件如下,先说明本人申请情况,我是申请香港科技大学MSc(Financial Analysis/Investment Management)专业，是ＰＡＴ－ＴＩＭＥ的，但是等到现在什么消息也没有，拒信也没，刚收到如下邮件：

Thank you for your application to the MSc(FA/IM) program.

Regarding another finance program named "Master of Science in Global Finance", which is jointly offered with NYU Stern School of Business, they would like to extend their offer of application to you.

Please note that this program is administered by another office. For more information about this program, please visit http://globalfinance.bm.ust.hk.

If you would like to be considered for admission to this program, please let MS in Global Finance Program knows at gfin@ust.hk and files will be transferred internally. Your request must be made on/before 27 June, 2008. Any request after that date will not be accepted.
