这是一道ASSUMPTION的题目，只是题目形式变了，刚刚copY的是题目的plan，那为了使这个PLAN最有效的实现，那是不是当中有一个GAP，就是如果资料已经ready to be transferred into the new computer system.

for choice C, when the date already been transferred into the new computer, then this person will begin to think about the issue of security of this computer.this is the second step
