Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People who do not work because they have enough money are rarely happy.

Jewelry, fancy house, fashion clothes, if you have a lot of money to purchase all of them and don't have to work at all, will you be happy? While some people might believe so, as a university student who is going to pursue her future career, I doubt the value of such kind of happiness. I believe fruits you pick by yourself tastes better. So I strongly agree with the opinion that those who get money without working rarely happy.

Working helps people to know the value of money. Those who get money for sure do not understand the value of money at all because they don't have to make efforts for what they can obtain.  Gradually they become bold of shopping and entertainment because they cannot feel that people always fight for things to make their life meaningful. If we recall the memory when we were little children, parents just didn't make every of our needs met. Only by that way, after we really get the things we are longing for, we realize the value.

Second, people realize themselves through working. On the way fighting for the dream life, we pursue different kinds of successes on work. Working is a very important part of our life. Through working, we get others respect, get honored, and the most important thing is, we become aware of who we really are.

Third, working brings fun. We have colleagues, clients, mentors, and we communicate with different people. We expand our social network as well as social reorganization through working. For example, I have worked in an international organization where I have learned people from all parts of the world. Thus, I learn the culture differences and different life styles which seems to be really fascinated to me. If you don't work and stay in your own little circle, how you know more and how you become happy if your life is always the same.

As a student, I'm looking forward to pursue a career, to work, to make efforts and to be happy. I look down on those who gets money without working, they just cannot feel the value of money, they cannot realize themselves. Furthermore, in my opinion, they are poor people. They are too poor to pay for the happiness work can bring to them.
