请教关于AICPA的学位认证问题

今天发信问TRANSCRIPTS的问题，回信中有这么一段，Candidates who have completed educational requirements at institutions outside the U.S. must have their credentials evaluated by any member organization of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES), www.naces.org. Candidates should obtain evaluation request forms directly from the evaluating services. Evaluations may be submitted by candidates to CPA Examination Services at the time of application.
我想问的是如果我在国内大学的本科学历，必须要在美国NACES做公正么？国内的公正可不可以，或者只要国内大学出的证明即可？

这个是要在完成本科以后才能做的,还是没拿到学位前就可以做了?

应该是有了学位可以做~at least bachelor's degree
