The message says that it will be a better alternative, by growing Streptanthus, to produce Nickel.

A only strenthens that growing Streptanthus is practical, while it does not imply that growing S will benefit nickel production. -Irrelative

B says that growing S not only lowers concentration(growing S benefits nickel production) but also makes land much better (benefit farmers).  -Strengthen
