我觉得没有一个答案能推出来。。。我觉得(E)suffering from hay fever who also have asthma 和题目中people who have asthma also suffer from hay fever是一回事，所以都要大于95%。。。。

另一个是

有HAY FEVER 又有 ASTHMA 的人 和 所有患有HAY FEVER 的人比较

suffering from hay fever who also have asthma 和题目中people who have asthma also suffer from hay fever 人数相同

但是 所有患有 ASTHMA 人 要比 所有有HAY FEVER 的人少很多 因为 Asthma is much less common ailment than hay fever

明了，分母不同的问题。。。汗

感觉这题有点怪

如果A有100人 H有103

A中有H的有98人

那么98/103=0.951
