你更喜欢在大公司还是小公司工作？

Work is vital part in life. When faced such question: would you prefer working in big company or small firm? Different people have different answers based on their distinct background. Some people prefer to work in big company because of good benefit. The others who would like to work in small firm argue that they can take more responsibility and have more freedom. Therefore, there is not universal answer. As far as I am concerned, I would choose to work in a big company. My arguments are listed as following.

The first and significant reason for my choice is that big company provides an excellent environment from which you can learn much. There are successful manage methods, and mature stimulation and personnel police, all of which you have not chance to touch in a small firm. By learn those excellent commercial achievement, you can get much usefully thing and prepare yourself for building own business. For example, my college roommate sandy has been employed in Citibank, a famous investment bank. After several years, he had found his own financial company, and he told us the experience in Citibank was greatly vital for his career success. During the period of working in Citibank, he learned how to operate a finance company, how to stimulate staff, and how to build successful business relationship. All of these help him get today’s achievement

Another head and chief reason for my propensity is that you not only get good benefit, but also great opportunity for training. To youth who has just begun in the career, training is very important. My roommate sandy give a good example, the company she works for gives her training in many aspect such as finance, management and so on, she even was sent to abroad for training. Such trainings develop her potential, and so help her make more progress and work more creatively. What’s more, she also makes many very excellent friends who maybe become very significant person to her further success. However, these benefits can’t get if you work in small firms, because small firms is limited by fund and capability.

Admittedly, working in small firms has some advantage. For example, you can take more responsibility, more free work atmosphere and closer colleague relationship. However, if all factor are contemplate, working in big companies carry more weight than working in small firms.

To sum up, if there are two choices, I prefer to work in a big company. With such decision, I will never regret. In big companies, i can learn more experience and knowledge about the company operation. In addition, there are more opportunity for training and making some important friends. At the same time, these training will give me much help in the future success.
