Hi, guys, I just got an admission with some scholarship.
The scholarship is merit-based. But is there a way to ask for a full or half?
Can we do this? Has anyone successfully done that?

you can write to school to seek the possibility, no harm to try. Just make sure that you write decent letter for more...

I actually got half-tuition scholarship,not sure whether it's fine to ask for more.

It's unlikely for them to modify your package but you can always ask nicely.
