我对提干的理解是：

ＩＤＥＮＴＩＣＡＬＴＷＩＮＳ　的大脑在基因上是相同的，　如果ＴＷＩＮ中其中一个有精神分裂症，那么患者脑中局部就比哪个未患精神分裂症ＴＷＩＮ小．　如果任何一个ＴＷＩＮ都没得精神分裂症，这种大小的区别也就不存在．　结论：脑部结构受伤（暗示不是基因的问题）造成精神分裂症；

Ｄ　和结论的暗示相反，说是可以有基因来判断是否得精神分裂症，WRONG, 所以是正确答案．

我的问题是怎么排除Ａ，和Ｂ?　我看不出这两个are "TRUE" based on the known information.
