看一个难题。

A product that represents a clear technological advance over
competing products can generally command a high price.  Because technological
advances tend to be quickly surpassed and companies want to make large
profits while they still can, many companies charge the greatest price the
market will bear when they have such a product. 
But large profits on the mew
product will give competitors a strong incentive to quickly match the mew
product’s capabilities. 
Consequently, the strategy to maximize overall profit from a new product
is to charge less than the greatest possible price.

In the argument above, the two portions in boldface play which of the following
roles?

4）各自结构：两句话各自没有结构。

5）如何联系：靠那个词“strategy”，正如第一个例子中的“prediction”一样（参见系列贴（1））

6）参见典型词汇释疑：显然assumption（假设）不对，应该是consideration（因素，一般是事实fact）

B 和C易混淆。C的联系词为assumption，而B为strategy，B更合理。
