问的是：如果左边脑子受伤，但是没有影响语言能力，那么管语言能力的那部分脑子一定在右边。

B是说脑子没有受伤的人不会有语言障碍。

和问题没有什么关系。

D是试图堵住一个漏洞：那就是如果1）左边脑子受伤，2）但是没有伤到左边脑子中管语言能力的那部分，则管语言能力的那部分脑子还是有可能在左边的。

D说一旦左边脑子受伤，一定会伤到左边脑子中管语言能力的那部分。

所以D为假设。
