原文在说R的health care好，T的health care极差，又说R的死亡率比T低，但是矛盾的是在T男人因为PCancer死了的比率更高。

我能联系起来的就是health care与Pcancer无关，所以选了C

看不懂为什么B是正确答案，C为什么不对呢？！
