答案是Ｂ，做的时候实在没弄清楚逻辑关系，看了ｏｇ的解释也不太明白，那个牛牛能给解释一下吗？

个人觉得此题反映的是 GMAT出题的一种思路,和中国人的思维不是很一致.

此题中vehicles with radar detector 只占了总体的3%, 但却占ticketed for exceeding the speed的33%, 两者之间的逻辑关系是默认的, 即装radar detector更容易ticketed for exceeding the speed. 题中的设问点在于, 结论中装radar detector的车会exceeding speed regularly. 看题可以知道,regularly是很难推出的.假设在于被罚款的人更容易经常超速, 这样"经常"就可以推出了. 而不是装雷达装置的车会超速需要假设.
