Which school? My last year's experience is: you can ask the recommenders either to upload the word documents, or to fill out online blank fields under each questions. Or, you can get the login information of your recommenders to upload on behalf of them. Make sure they don't make any mistakes during the upload. I know there're people messed up by recommendation letters.
