我们设学习日语的人数是X，学习法语的人是Y。

则提干的条件是：0.04Y也学习日语，则是日语和法语的交集。

第一个条件，16=0.04Y,可以得出y＝400，但是因为学日语的x是至少100人，因此不知道两者那个大，无法求出；

第二个条件，0.1x＝0.04y，即y＝2.5x，可以得出更多的法语学生，即Y大于x。要看清提干，问得是那个大，而不是大多少！！
