正确答案为D. 但我认为D中conducted仅仅说明了学校过去做的研究，这并不能代表学校未来做的研究也是重复的，没人买的。这难道不是问题么？

没做过这道题。但是我觉得D里的时态应该不是问题，原因是整个题目都在讨论一件事情而不是长远的将来。Logos University准备卖的也是他们即将根据新的法律而获得的那一批专利（既然已经成专利了当然表示其研究已经在过去发生）。问题问的其实也是有什么事实可能导致Logos University卖不掉这一批专利。
