贴上题目，文章太长了就不贴了..

OG的解释

我的问题是，我看到这道题的第一反应是，因为题目说到over competitors making similar products,我会用文章第二段的条件来排除选项，这样来选择出C选项。但是OG关于这道题的推断过程我看的不是很明白，主要是这句话The passage addresses this question by stating that advantage accrues to those firms that are the first to exploit the full potential of optimally sized, technologically sophisticated plants.没有懂为什么是firms that are the first to exploit the full potential of optimally sized.....
