c有三个错误，首先that指代不清，前面有两个单数名词，requirement和minimum；其次罗索；最关键的是，这道题目比较的是天数，而不是minium。如果选择c，变成了航空公司有两个minium，一个是7天的，一个是14天的；而题目的实际意思是把minium14天改成7天

这一题从意思上来看过于怪异了, 但只要细细品味对称原则,是可以搞定它的
