之前在2007 CEIBS(中欧国际工商学院) MBA申请-----在校生答疑帖子里面问过，但没看到回复，所以再重新问问其他论坛里面的前辈。小弟万分感谢。

Dear Sir/Madam

I graduated with Bachelor Deg in Mechanical Engineering in Uni of Bristol (UK TOP 10 OVERALL) in yr 2005, 1 yr lab engineer experience in R&D department and 0.75 yr global projects management experience in logistic department in Intel (Pudong site) until now. Not done GMAT yet, but planning to apply MBA in 2008.

it seems my working experiences are not very sufficent, just more than 2 years time, i am wondering how big is the chance for me to get CEIBS mba admission with my background regardless to the GMAT result?

if my background is not good enough, a high GMAT result (such as 750) will compensate my lack of management experiences? thank you very much

可以去咨询下长江的招生人员,那里的服务比较热情. 到考完GMAT, 准备好材料,估计也有3年工作经验了.

Hi Hendi:

As a new admit, I think your chance of getting into CEIBS is high especially if you can make 720+ on your GMAT which I think should be quite easy for you. Do not worry too much about your w/e. What matters is the quality of your work, right? As long as you can elaborate your experience in your essays and convince the interviewers, you will be fine. So go ahead and try your best. 谢谢两位前辈的指导啊，现在信心强了一点，剩下就是做好GMAT和其他准备功夫了。

it depends what u want to do after MBA; if consulting/i-banking, 3 yrs is ok, but the competition is very intensive; if industry, then somehow difficult to find a managerial position, except trainees...
