其实这个题不难，但是，我本身不是很理解选项B的意思。

觉得有点奇怪，Drivers who are ticketed for exceeding the speed limit are more likely to exceed the speed limit regularly than the drivers who are not ticketed/。

Tickected ， Equiped with radar detector, exceed speed. 这三个的关系不是特别清楚

有没有对这个题很清楚的啊。。。。
