不知道对否？我的感觉是：这是在问价格的事情，和供求还有生产没有直接关系。比较B和D，B是削弱，而D为正确答案。

如果非法药物能够控制得住的话，那么这种药物的价格就不会下降。言下之意，没有控制得住，因此现在价格很低，D恰好也说这个意思，注意有个词：Few.

这题我觉得选E是对的。

结论是控制非法毒品进口时失败的。
论据是: 如果成功的话，批发价就不会降低那么多，意思是说毒品控制失败了，导致大量毒品进口，使当前批发价下降了。
问假设。

E是说需求的下降不是价格下降的唯一因素。实际上是排除了个人需求对价格的影响作用。排除他因。
