一直想考，但一直没时间，终于在2月份下定决心看，3月份报了名，报名的时候还在犹豫要不要考，结果4月份只约到了今天晚上。因为大学学的是日语，没有拿过英文，复习起来真的很痛苦。而且不知道电脑有什么问题，那个寄来的摸考软件在我的电脑上一直都不能作。所以我是以GWD为基础的，也没做完，做了20套左右，几乎我这一个月每天下班就是一套题。一直到今天，考之前得知刚刚换题库，顿时心里一点没底。但结果还行，阿米托佛。

废话不说了，我尽量回忆

作文

1）when employer 决定一个candidate的qualification的时候，应该mainly focus on objective information such as resume等等，因为personal interview too subjective了.

2)一个叫ready-to-ware的公司的人说：我们公司提供的package of benefits and incentives很失败，因为自从2年前offer了了这个package后，公司的效益就一直下降，而且这个offering这个package并没有帮助公司招到high quality的人，所以应该把这个package砍掉，将save下来的钱用于research和development. 以提高公司效益。

感觉太不好了，我第一道题就有点懵，而且那时候肚子饿死了，一直在咕咕叫。
