答案是D，我不明白的是，为什么D选项要把男学生也限制在20-21岁。

比如说1959年，20-21的女学生有11%，22-30的女学生有80%，20-21的男学生有1%；然后1981年，20-21的女生有30%。22-30的女生有1%，剩下的全是男的，这样根本不能the proportion of women是多了还是少了阿？

题目问的是women，总不能除了20-21的就不叫women了吧？

如果男生的（相同20-21岁年龄段的）比例：也是增加。

则说明是招生的人数增加了，使得女生的数量在上升，但是由于男生的数量也会上升，这样女生的比例并不会因此增加。
