85比较好理解吧，两个东西比较，一定要考虑一下是否他们是从同一起跑线上出发，否则不公平，比较无效。這種思维模式在evaluating里好像挺多的。

86的逻辑是：如果有人稍微多用common land一些，大家就會紛紛效仿，導致common land入不敷出，損失慘重。---由於大家都明白這個道理，所以都不過渡使用common land。

這個思維模式有點怪，存在一個假設：西方人知道對公共利益不好就不做。大概就體現了中國人和西方人的差別吧，中國人就算知道了還照舊做，缺乏公共意識。
