Recently there is a debate over whether is unrealistic to expect individual to make, independently, the sacrifices necessary to conserve energy. Some people assert that individual nations have their self-intrease and wouldn’t be active to conserve energy, so international leadership and world wide cooperation are essential to do this work. The other people argued that every nation must be face the problem of absence of energy. They should know the important of conserving energy. Different people have different views due to their different background. Therefore, there is not a universal answer to this question and whether one choice take precedence over the other may quite the specific the situation. As far as I am concerned, however, I agree that if we expect to protect the world’s energy resources for future generations.international leadership and worldwide cooperation are essential. My view can be greatly substantiated by the following discussions.
The first argument that can be present to develop my position is that although the duty for conserving energy is due to every nation, but because all nations are face of the problem of energy they want to utility other countries’ resource rather than their owns. So properly conserving the energy in the earth is due to the international leadership.
In addition, there is another reason for me to choose this statement. Energy problem often emerge in some develop countries more obviously, because these countries eager to develop their industries more fastly and often ignore conserving energy or absent the funds to establish a system to deal with it. Investing the funds into the country or area by world wide cooperation is a feasible method to take.
Finally, as the world cooperation in technological research prevails among most countries, how can we conserve energy effectively is a heat topic in academe in world. The production of these researches can be utilized by world cooperation.
To sum up, due to the above mentioned reasons, which sometimes correlate with each other to generate an integrate whole and thus become more convincing than any single one of them, we may be comfortable to say that if we expect to protect the world’s energy resources for future generations.international leadership and worldwide cooperation are essential.
