请教关于bank statement

请教大家，大多数会计硕士的program都要bank statement 或者Declaration of Finance,请问一定要随着所有材料寄过去，还是等到有了AD以后提供也可以？虽然有些学校写了要一起寄过去，但我现在开证明可能还有点困难，有没有xdjm有过类似的情况的？另外，存款证明一定要达到他的"total fee"数额吗？

It is allowed mailing bank statement later--till they offer you a conditional admission.

Usually the amount of assets must cover first-year tuition fee at least, but you'd better ask the schools for their specific requirement.
