A: 不是假设

原因：

我是觉得结论说了两个部分，一个是complexity of the duty,一个是salary,所以答案要能包含这两方面的因素。。

将B选项取非，无论你是将因为部分取非，或者将结果部分取非，你会发现B取非后对结论只有一部分是削弱的，要么是comoplexity，要么是salary...

B答案是客观事实，和原文阐述的是一样的，可是要推出结论，RELAY ON C 答案啊。

因为如果没有C 的话，即便他们的PAY 是TOO HIGH 和DUTY TOO HIGH 也不能推出他们可以REDUCE。因为他们可以是EXPERIENCED 的。

也就是说还差一个必要条件，就是他们一定要是 NOT EXPERIENCED 的
