在线申请时经常有学校说推荐人可以寄on-line的推荐信，但是同时又常常在supplement forms 这一栏里又有这么一句话：

Here are the Supplemental Forms that XXX School of Business requires you to process. These forms cannot be submitted online.

lease print and follow the instructions for each form.

这不是重复了吗？

School gives you two options: online or offline. You can only choose one of them. If you choose online, your recommender will send through e-mail. If you choose offline, you should download forms and send it through mail.
