大家帮忙分析一下这篇要写personal development,啥意思?

If the admissions committee were to interview one of your closest colleagues, what aspect of your personal development would this person say is especially important for the admissions committee to know?

1, 这个personal development 怎么理解? 个人发展吗? colleague当然就只能说事业的事儿啦. 那就是career发展里面的一面?

2. 这个aspect怎么理解?? 是个人发展里的一个"闪光点", 一个成功事例???  还是说我的性格或者优势中的一个, 能够使我做到XXX. 强调我的优点?

很困惑, 请指点迷津

我理解的恰恰相反, 应该是你原来不足的地方,当然了,后来有了进步,老外问的都比较含蓄

另外,从口气方面来讲, 你写的时候应该确实是你最亲近的同事的的口吻,而且他确实会这样说你,而不是自己认为合适的评价,但却让人觉得不像是closest colleagues的评价.
