我明白题目在说什么，但是我不明白答案应该选哪个。看了解释，还是不明白。请大家给我解释一下好吗？

因为错误阴性的出错率是一样的，当然选最低的错误阳性出错率。

其实就是把错误诊断率false negative 和 false positve降低到最小，即然

false negative 是一定的，于是就选 false positiv 最小的那个。所以e 固定

了一个因素false negative，只需考虑另一个因素false positive----支持了结

论。   

我没怎么往下看就选了C。
