Preparing and delivering to the Company and within such time as the Company may reasonably require, such periodic and special reports in writing or orally concerning the Distributing Agent’s sales and promotional activities, inventory levels, and such other information and data as the Company may reasonably request.  Details regarding the contents and procedures for submitting periodic reports shall be separately agreed to by the Company and the Distributing Agent; provided, however, that upon execution of this Agreement, the Distributing Agent shall provide to the Company a forecast of sales of the Products during the ensuing twelve (12) months, and thereafter by the end of each three (3) month period the Distributing Agent shall provide to the Company a like forecast for the next twelve (12) month period.
