这道题找了以前的讨论，可是未果。为什么选C呢？

C说jobs that were eliminated 的薪水比平均高，但是new jobs created 的薪水也比平均高啊，如果jobs that were eliminated 的薪水比new jobs created 的薪水低，那不就不能weaken了吗？

比较五个选项，只能选B了。

请指教。
