请教两道语法题

这道答案是B,但是觉得B中，WHICH的指代不好，应该A更确切

第一道题是不是应该选D呢？题目的意思是计算机公司现在的问题是科技、市场、管理方面出现问题的结果，许多试图改变企业经营策略的举措都没能克服这些错误。

A，so that使用不当，原文没有这个因果关系；最后的it看上去是指代result，但从句意上说应该是correct 那些troubles

B，so that不合适；attempt后应该跟to吧

C，in that也是表原因，但原文没有这层意思；attempt的使用问题

E，attempt的使用有问题

个人意见，请指教

第二题我还是觉得B更好，虽然which没有紧跟其修饰对象，印象中好像在哪里见到过这样的题目，但是己不起来了，不好意思啊。突然又想到是不是因为in the world这个小东西夹在中间不会影响句意，所以B的这种小跳跃可以接受呢？还忘牛牛指点。

但是A我觉得the length of which is that of a handheld computer不简洁，而且后面的it可以指代computer，也可以指代camcorder
