4. In your career, you will have to deal with many ethical issues. What are likely to be the most challenging and what is your plan for developing the competencies you will need to handle these issues effectively? (400-word limit)

那位大仙能帮帮我这个题目要怎么下手啊？如果没有实际工作经验怎么办列？

They are asking for "what are likely to be the most...", you don't have to draw from prior work experience if you have none.  If you have student government/leadership experience, you can use those as basis as well.  Just think about what would be the most difficult water to tread and how can you prepare for it.  Use your imagination!

谁能指点一下这点要怎么谈，感觉好空泛啊，因为我是学会计的，感觉很多ethical issue 都没有个clear boundary，再说要怎么个develop 法子？看书学理论？跟榜样学习？谢谢。

When you write this essay, you must consider what is your career goal? What kind of ethic issues you will encounter in your career path? Then do some research of HBS how MBA program can help you ace the ethic issues.

Acccounting的ethical issue很多啊,比如老板叫你hide financial statement上面比较难看的东西,你怎么办?比如老板叫你改一下amortization的方式来逃税等等.我不是学会计的,不是很懂,但是这些就是最基本的ethical issue.
