答案給D!  我個人認為C較佳!  看了之前的討論,很多人都說因為Novex非處方藥,所以較多人在用! 但如果不是處方藥,跟hospital有何關聯?!  題目說的是要跟醫院有關呀!!  我覺得C才對! 因為製造商以最低廉的價錢賣給醫院,所以醫院用的偏頭痛藥幾乎都是Novex的!!  請問究竟答案是啥?? 我看到有人說已經定論為C了~真的嗎?

D已经明确说处方非处方无关了，看来以前大家有点想太多了。。。

另外B/C之间还是很难定夺。C说了厂家会低价把药卖给医院，但是它用的是many drug manufacturers，并没有具体到Novex。那么既然Novex价格低，其他药的价格也可以降低，并不能看出Novex相对其他药的价格优势。这个证据要是用来证明“医院卖的药比外面药方卖的便宜”还有点用处。

而B，还是我觉得相对最好的答案。它说tolerate the drug the hospitals usually use，我理解为：可能常用的药药性很烈，病人不能忍受，只好换用Novex。（要是理解成，常用的药效果不够，病人还是疼，只好换用Novex，那就是加强了。但是那样的话是不是应该说tolerate the sinus pain？）不过这里的drugs usually used似乎又有点矛盾，毕竟从题干看来，3/4的想表达的意思就是Novex是usually used drug。另外B选项的解释，什么does not undermine,等于没说，让我很不爽！

怎么办？OG的答案是圣旨吗？谁来说服我啊？

我本来也选B,但是仔细想想,就象KATHY分析的,B说只有对USUALLY USE的药不能忍受的病人才用NOVEX,说明NOVEX并不是USUALLY USE的药,这跟前提说的3/4的医院用NOVEX显然矛盾了.

而C说明了药厂通过低价策略来达到扩大销售,销售多的当然就是医院用的多的,如前提中提到的NOVEX, C说明了医院用的多的并不是因为此药事实上最有效,而是由于它的进价最便宜. 很好地WEAKEN了结论.
