Institution Code Changed, Send score again?

I found the institution code of Michigan changed
from 1048 on my GMAT score report dated Nov 2002
to 1839 as indicated in its 2004 application instructions.

In this case, do I need to send the score once more?

send an email to this program or ask them by phone.

to my knowledge, if you have sent it to this university, that's ok, no matter you sent to a different program.
