Hard to say. They're usually looking for leadership POTENTIAL so if you can demonstrate that through your past experience, you might have a good shot. That being said, no matter how rewarding your internship experience was, it's still very different from a full-time job experience. You might have a much better shot in a few years, after you acquire some more work experience.
