我看到有人讨论。但都是集中在B和C，我比较困惑的是D。我是做对了，可昨天同学打电话给我，问D为什么不也是排除他因。因为处方药也不是能够随便乱开的，作为医院要付一定的责任。eg，阿斯匹林和吗啡…

还有C中these products的指代，不一定是说Novex吧，而是包括novex在内所有的产品吧？那这样，他因也不成立了啊。

请问D为什么不行？

因为很多医院用N，所以N是最有效的。

削弱：很多医院用N,并不是因为N有效，而是因为N不用开药方就能在药店买到（D）

我觉得D选项和题干没有直接关系，如果选D我觉得提干应该改成3/4的药店都推荐患有sinus pain的病人用N,所以当你有S病得时候，应该选用N.

削弱：因为N不用医生处方。因为我觉得在医院开药，是不是处方药对题目强调的原因-医生来说好像关系不大。而且做题还是不要从实际经验出发，从题目出发吧。

题目说的很清楚是从医院方来讨论

而D却是从非医院方来讨论，自然和题目无关

所以我觉得D应该是很明显的被排除掉的，最老套的说法 OUT OF SCOPE

我没有看到A B E选项，但是C显然是比D说得通的，因为C用他因解释了为什么这个药被开得多，因为价格便宜，所以这种药对于医院来说更AVAILABLE或者更PROFITABLE，所以C用他因削弱了。

我同意楼上的，如果HOSPITAL被改成了PAHRMACY，那么D才有考虑的必要，否则，D就是无关

不太明白C为什么对。

如果C对，Many drug manufacturers 是指的生产Novex的厂家才解释的通，（而且我觉得应该把many改成all才更严谨）可是C选项并没有特指啊！

那么many就可以理解为各种品牌的各种厂家呀！这样不是加强了结论么？
