我感觉3个选项都正确，但是。。。。。。。。

n=0,2,4,。。。。

所以条件1显然不对，n可以等于0

条件2是对的

条件3不知道是不是 1/2^n, 如果是的话也不对，如果是2^n当然是对的

N can't be 0 since the remainder is 1 if 2^n is divided by 3

and N must be even.

so......all the 3 options are correct.
