如果这里存在任何危险的话（这个危险是US的军队机构可能开发出来的），这个危险对平民控制的损害，那么好的结果是（就像享受二战胜利的结果一样，享受这个结果）这个危险会在各军种建的敌意中消失（而这个敌意是超越联合的战争中产生的）

简单的说，因为各军种间存在敌意，以至于军队机构不可能开发出什么危险（可能是由于它们不团结，不会产生军统的状况，我猜的。）所以不会危害老百姓。
