这个句子看的不是很懂，主要是里面一些动作的发起者不是很清楚，请大家帮忙翻译一下，谢谢！

寻找钻石的研究者寻找矿物指示剂的斑点，这些斑点是地幔特有的，但是被带到地面上得量比钻石得量要大得多，同时被从 kimberlite pipe中腐蚀到周围的土壤里。

seeking diamonds 修饰explorers，look for是谓语，percular to 修饰前面的名词specks，和but carried up and eroded out of平行，只不过perculiar to是adj，而but carried up and eroded out of是过去分词坐定语，表示被动。

谢谢斑竹，我看得时候被eroded out of 这个分词搞晕了，一个是因为离修饰对象太远，二来是erode的意义没有深刻理解，我总以为只有钢铁什么的才erode，还得加紧努力呀！

我觉得这里的specks不是斑点的意思吧，应该是一个固定搭配specks of指“一点点，少量”的意思，类似于a lot of或lots of这种用法
