I do not think this is a good way to evaluate materials. As far as I am concerned, questions on OG 10th from 100-205 are pretty similar to those I met during the test.
If you say, questions become longer, yes, kind of. OG is official guide. The purpose to read and digest OG is not to evaluate the level of difficulty but to understand the logic and thinking of test authors. I do not think the actual test is much more difficult than the guide.
