2. 其实很有趣。首先问的是可能，不是问一定正确！

A 是可能的，因为可能1990虽然下特大雨天数少，当时这些下的量非常大，造成总量大。

D 不可能，1990 和1910 年的中雨比，因为1990中雨天数少，就算每天都是 2， 而1910每天都是1， 因为天数少，总数不可能超过2倍。
