我对D有疑义，尤其是denationalization这个词。前面有1个not， 双重否定，应该表示肯定，也就是说‘其他遭受了国有化的国家’或者‘其他没有遭受非国有化的国家’ 于是我的理解是，d项把 国有化了的国家T 与 经济结构类似国家T的其他遭受了国有化的国家相比， 完全没有意义啊。
肯定有哪里是我理解错了的，请大家指正。
