用with引导的就不是主语，这样句子就缺少主语了，把with去掉，句子主语soybeans就出现了。

more than )half the world's (annual yield of )50 million tons of soy beans （主语）,an (important source )of protein（同位语） ,is (grown in) the united states.

这句句子就是完整的主谓宾齐全。
