TOEFL网站上出的消息，不想受IBT折磨的北美考友可要抓紧报名。总比跑到香港去考机考强多了。考完后还可以顺便玩一玩。

sorry , it should be Puerto Rico, territory of US

I think the paper test should be the same as that in China for ETS has global test database.

if you are not at good at speaking but do well in Grammar, why not try.

PR属于美国领土，无需签证。当然你乘飞机得带ID

不好得消息，又去ETS网站上查了一下，好像已经被抢光了
