Maryland Telephone Interview on Feb 8

电话面试是在北京时间11.00pm到11.50pm。40分钟我回答问题，10分钟给我提问。面试官是二年级的学生。面试的问题十分的常规。

1)      Tell me something interesting about you not on your resume and application.

2)      Why MBA? Why Now? Why Smith?

3)      What other schools have you applied? If get all admission, which one will you choose? Why?

4)      Accomplishment

5)      Conflict

6)      What’s your selling point if you meet the CEO of your dream company?

7)      Area of improvement.

8)      What qualities are you looking at when you select the team members?

9)      What do you think about Smith? Any suggestions on the school?

然后是我提问，由于他明确告诉我他只有7分钟，加上我也很困了，所以只象征性的问了两个问题。

感觉是一次比较正式的和传统的面试。面试的学生也很nice,没有过于pushy的问题。除了一个问题以外，都在我的意料之内。这个问题是，I think your oral English is good, we can effectively communicate, how about your analytic writing ability, your GMAT score showed 4 here.我说 I am definitely confident of my analytical writing ability. I have been using English as the work language for long, my toefl score for writing is 5.5, I didn’t prepare my GMAT writing quite well. 我想我的语气有些急了, 后来加了一句hope you don’t feel that’s a excuse. 不过他回答还颇为positive “ It’s sufficient for me”

终于有结束了一所学校的面试。
