几遍了也没想明白，请求大家指点一下

好几次遇到了这两道题，有时候觉得好像懂了后来再一看又不行了，大家指点一下吧~~~

第一题我觉得是d。

这样的几个信息：

1） increase by 20 percent the government-provided pension paid to all Runagians over 65  

给所有符合条件的人增加20%的基金

2）Inflation in the intervening period has been negligible

通货膨胀率可以忽略。

3）received by all eligible Runagians.

所有符合条件的人都领到了。

但是，结果是： no better off  生活还是没有改善。

总结以上的信息，就是：符合条件的人增多了，增加的金额被摊薄了，所以总体的条件还是没有改善。

第二题：我选c。

mm可以用我上面的笨办法，把信息都列出来，做个总体归纳。

可是，摊薄是摊薄了，但是还是摊到了啊，既然摊到了就可以说增加了吧，那么条件还是改善了啊，不管是多是少。这个怎么解释呢？

第二题，我赞同上面的观点。选C。我的分析思路如下：

1，首先我们需要从选项中找个句子，支持上述的假设：就是这个叫histidine的酸能够保证该草本植物在富金属的土壤里存活下来。

2，试管试验已经证明这样的酸能够使金属失去活性。不过，不能就下结论说就是这种酸能够使得草本植物存活下来。说不定还有别的我们没发现的酸可以杀死金属活性呢？还好，题目只是要求我们加强一种假设的可能性而已。继续分析

3，选项A，植物全身有这样的酸，和能使植物存活不存在必然联系。举个例子，植物只有一个根，而不是全身有根，但是仅仅这个根就可以使植物存活，对不对？

4，选项B，这种酸产生量的高伴随其他酸产生量的低，也和这种酸能否使植物存活没有必然联系。不过该选项可以加强这样一种假设：该种酸可能抑止了其他酸的产生。

5，选项C，其他像类似情况的植物体内也发现了该酸的大量产生，的的确确是对原假设的一个加强。

6，选项D，说该草本植物的大量生长，在一个相当的时期内，能够使得富金属土壤利于植物的生长。这个只能说明，草本植物在冥冥之中起到了改善土质的作用，不能说是该酸的作用。

7，选项E，植物成熟的时候，该酸减少了。那么，反倒是说明了，植物成熟以后有了另外一样东西能够抵抗金属了.

题目中说pension给所有大于65岁的人，也就是不管你有钱没钱都给一份，人人都改善了。摊薄了也是改善

D是对的

E，以前孩子给钱，现在父母pension多了孩子就不给了，殊不知政府那屁点钱根本没有孩子以前给的多嘛，所以父母境况反而让政府的给的pension搞差了。

第2题：

  既然假设是于酸有关，支持的时候也得提到这个酸吧。

E，因为幼稚期酸都把毒物弄惰性了，成熟期没的可弄了，酸的量就少了。支持了是酸起的作用。

D，只说这植物有把毒物搞惰性的本领，没提到酸的事，就像楼上面提到的，可能是冥冥之中。。。

    无法支持是酸给搞惰性的

我觉得分歧还是在 no better off than的理解上面.

no better off than的意思是没有比之前更好,就是说,可能跟之前持平,也可能不如之前,我更倾向于 跟之前持平,因为,D里面说,: The pension was increased when the number of elderly Runagians below the poverty level reached an all-time high.在贫困线以下的人,达到 了一个前所未有的高峰,而题目中说,duly received by all eligible Runagians所有的符合条件的人都领到了钱,而这笔钱政府是用来照顾老人福利的,贫困线下的人增多了， 那么这些增加的钱,就被这些增加的人占用了,那些不在贫困线下的人,不一定能享受到增加的好处.所以， 大多数人都没有得到改善 .

其次,我觉得 ,老人依靠子女,政府增加了钱,怎么我们就能肯定的说子女就停止给父母钱了呢? 这中间有臆断的成分.
