按照译文答案是一目了然的.但我怎么觉得译得有问题啊?主要是, and the question of whether the general welfare will or will not be promoted by interfering with it becomes open to discussion这句我觉得it不应该指代a person’s conduct而应该是general welfare. 语法里不是强调it指代前文就近的名词代词吗? 这样是不是有点钻牛角尖了?可是我的确不看译文就不理解那句话的意思.
